By accessing our website or downloading our applications from the Google Play Store or other platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Your Right to Erasure
We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data and associated accounts from our applications and servers at any time.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your data, please follow these steps:
- If the app contains an in-app "Delete Account" button (typically found in Settings/Profile), you can initiate the process directly there.
- Alternatively, send an email to support@ginitapps.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
- Please include your account username, email address, and the name of the app you are using so we can verify and process your request.
3. Processing Time
Upon receiving a verified request, we will initiate the deletion of your data within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
4. Data Retention Exceptions
Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law, for security purposes, or for legitimate business needs (such as fraud prevention or resolving active billing disputes). Once these conditions no longer apply, the remaining data will be securely deleted.
1. General Digital Goods Policy
Due to the immediate access nature of digital goods and services, all sales of in-app purchases, subscriptions, and premium apps are generally considered final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
2. App Store / Google Play Store Purchases
Transactions made through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store are handled entirely by their respective billing platforms. We do not have the ability to directly process or issue refunds for these purchases.
- If you wish to request a refund for a Google Play Store purchase made within the last 48 hours, please submit your request directly through your Google Play account's order history.
- Refund eligibility is subject to the standard policies set by the marketplace where you downloaded the app.

In rare circumstances, we may assist with a refund request at our sole discretion if:
- The digital product is severely defective or fails to function as advertised on supported devices.
- A duplicate purchase was processed accidentally due to a technical error.

Ginit Apps is deeply committed to protecting the safety, well-being, and privacy of minors online. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for child exploitation, abuse, and inappropriate content across all our digital platforms.
2. Age Restrictions and COPPA
Our applications are generally intended for a general audience and are not directed toward children under the age of 13. Any application explicitly designed for children will strictly comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families Policy requirements.
3. Content and Community Standards
For applications that feature user-generated content or social interactions, we strictly prohibit the following:
- The uploading, sharing, or distribution of any content that endangers or exploits minors (including CSAM).
- Cyberbullying, harassment, hate speech, or predatory behavior directed at anyone, especially minors.
- Any material that violates local or international child protection laws.

We actively monitor our platforms using automated tools and rely on user reports to maintain safety. Any user found violating our child safety standards will face immediate, permanent account suspension without warning. We also report such violations to relevant law enforcement authorities.
